Jermuk Group is a pioneering manufacturer and marketer of mineral and natural spring water in Armenian market. It's the respected and reliable company not only in Armenia, but for foreign companies as well. Jermuk Group is a partner for a number of world-known companies that are represented in Armenia by Jermuk Group. And those are PepsiCo, Carlsberg Group, Procter&Gamble and others.

  • 1993 – Mr. Arsenyan took up operational management of Jermuk water production as a Director of
    Jermuk Mineral Water Company.
  • 1999 – Foundation of JERMUK GROUP Company by Mr. Arsenyan. Construction of new modernized
    factory in Jermuk City close to #1 in Armenia mineral source.
  • 1999 – #1 manufacturer of mineral & spring water in Armenia.
  • 2000 – Start of Jermuk brand export to Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, UAE, Europe and USA.
  • 2001 – Launch of new spring water brand BYUREGH.
  • 2001 – Exclusive contract with PepsiCo on import and distribution of CSD products in Armenia.
  • 2003 – JERMUK GROUP sets up the HQ in Yerevan.
  • 2003 – Exclusive contract with Carlsberg Group on import and distribution of their brands in Armenia.
    Launch of Baltika brand.
  • 2004 – Opens up Jermuk Armenia Spa Hotel in the heart of Jermuk City.
  • 2005 – Exclusive contract with PepsiCo on manufacturing CSD products in Georgian market (Iberia
    Resfeshments Co).
  • 2006 – Exclusive contract with Procter&Gamble on import and distribution of P&G whole portfolio in
    Armenia.
  • 2008 – Expanding of Jermuk factory facilities by investment to new constructions and modern
    technologies.
  • 2008 – Rapid expansion of Carlsberg Group brands. Launch of Carlsberg beer, Tuborg, etc.
  • 2009 – Builds up new manufacturing facilities for PET pre-forms production.
  • 2010 – Contract for PepsiCo CSD brands operation.
    2011 – PepsiCo factory opening.
  • 2011 – Starts up Jermuk and Byuregh brands official distribution in Georgian market (establishment of
    Iberia Beverage).
  • 2011 – Launch of Jermuk Millenium gentle sparkling.
  • 2011 – Exclusive rights from Carlsberg Group for import and distribution of their brands on the territory
    of Georgia.
