Starting from 2009, JERMUK GROUP set up the production of PET preforms buying corresponding modernized equipment from Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd., the world's largest brand name supplier of injection molding equipment and services in the plastics industry. The production starts from the raw material, the resin, and takes the process through to the finished container without any interruption, with total automated control of all phases of production. The production capacity is over 100 mio PET preforms per year.

PET is a kind of transparent, wear-resisting and corrosion-resisting plastics with high strength and smooth finish. It is the preferred packaging material with light-weight, transparent, unbreakable, can be easily customized into a wide variety of shapes and offers good aroma barrier.

Along glass for the restaurant channel, recyclable plastic remains our primary packaging material. JERMUK GROUP uses PET plastic packaging to bottle its products, which fully comply with the stringent international and national regulations on safety for food packagings.

The bottle acts as a mostly-unbreakable and fully waterproof container, guaranteeing the water is protected and absolutely untouched from the moment it is bottled to the time it is in the consumers’ hands. Once bottled and sealed, the water is perfectly stable and preserved, provided it is stored in a place protected from too much light, and from extreme temperatures.
